Contact our Leasing Department via sales@almahraproperties.ae or call 800 MAHRA. We will market the unit, vet tenants, draft contracts and manage keys—all within an average turnaround of two weeks.

When is maintenance carried out?+

Standard maintenance requests are addressed within 24 hours of ticket confirmation. Urgent issues—such as water leaks or power outages—receive same‑day response, 7 days a week.

How can I track management reports?+

Owners receive a secure dashboard login that displays quarterly financial statements, occupancy metrics, and sustainability KPIs. PDF reports are also emailed for your records.

What fees does Al Mahra charge for leasing?+

Our standard leasing fee is 5 % of the annual rent, payable once the contract is signed and keys are handed over to the tenant.

Are pets allowed in Al Mahra buildings?+

Most of our properties are pet‑friendly, provided owners follow community rules and register their pets with building management.

How do I pay my rent?+

Rent can be paid via post‑dated cheques, online bank transfer, or credit‑card link sent through our secure payment gateway.

Can I request early handover of my unit?+

Early handover is considered on a case‑by‑case basis once snagging is complete and utility connections are active. Contact Customer Care to check eligibility.

Does Al Mahra provide interior fit‑out services?+

Yes. Our in‑house design studio offers turnkey fit‑out and furnishing packages tailored to your budget and taste.
